Considering a conventional mortgage? You don't have to pay thousands of
dollars in closing costs. In traditional financing, you pay closing costs equal to about
3% of your loan amount -- around $3000 for every $100,000 borrowed. Refinance
and you will have to pay another $3000 or more in closing costs!
This is not so with Trust Mortgage of Bemidji Inc. We use the commission paid to us from
the lender to arrange your mortgage, and pay your closing costs with that money. The
only expense to you is a one-time application fee of $500. Refinance and all you pay
is a $100 processing fee.
